The project is based on three key issues: environmental, economic and social that work together intend to launch a new approach to the urban fabric faces a post-postmodern era. The building itself was developed from a simple cube mass which each of the three concerns of acting as an instrument, shaping its identity. The 63 ° angle parallel to the main building facade with the proportional light south together with the double height curtain wall brings a high contribution to the greenhouse situation. Actuality of the building scale is distorted by the amount of glazing on the exterior and minimal partitioning on the interior. Cost effectiveness of this project allows builders today to even think about experimenting with designs for affordable housing projects.
